Warranty and Not

Warranty

We provide 12-month warranty for customers, moreover, we provide replacement service if there are any quality problems, but the lcd for iphone 5 need to meet the following requirements.

1.Products are in the warranty period.

2.Products are not man-made damage.

If goods with man-made problems, there is not any warranty.

NOTE

a. When LCD screen is bigger, do not force it into the gap of phone frame to avoid broken LCD

b. Please test the LCD before replacing

c. Turn off the phone before replacing LCD to avoid short circuit that lead to CPU damage

d. If LCD with problems, please wrap up with membrane and keep in foam bag to avoid appearance damage and rejection for replacement.
