Q1: How do we place an order?

A1: Please kindly send us an email specifying the item No., replacements, quantity, other specifications for the Hard disk to place an order.

Q2: How do we make the payment?

A2: We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal.

Q3: What's the delivery time?

A3: The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days after payment.

Q4: How would the goods be shipped?

A4: We ship via DHL, UPS, TNT and others.

After-sale Services:

1)warranty for 1 year, 7 days return for the non-working items, except broken, crashed cargo (Buyer pay for return shipping fee).

2)Please make sure the item is compatible for your model before ordering. No return for incompatible issues.

3)When you receive the item,if you find the box is break and the goods break. Please take photo about the goods and refuse accepting the goods .Please contact me and sent photo of product to me as soon as possible .I will complaint the delivery company.
